The National Service Committee, in conjunction with the other leadership groups who constitute the Gathering of National Leadership Groups: Catholic Charismatic Renewal, encourages Renewal participants to set aside this Friday, February 24 as a Day of Prayer and Fasting. Renewal participants are encouraged to pray for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the United States and that the Church in our country might be renewed in the grace of Pentecost.

Since 2000 we have been encouraging setting aside the Friday before Ash Wednesday for this purpose.

Chariscenter now has an Online Renewal Database, listing prayer groups, diocesan liaisons and ministries throughout North America.
